Paypal Website Payments Pro Module for bluApple 2.0

So I just finished creating a paypal module for bluApple. It is still a little rough and needs some work. Right now it only supports creating Recurring billing profiles and the ability to manage those profiles. However, I am planning on adding direct payments to support full Website Payments Pro functionality. I should have this completed very soon and will make it available to download.

In addition, I am going to create a standard view payment form so that it can be included in any form to allow website payments.
